Nick Raphael

Nick Raphael is a seasoned music industry executive. His career began in 1987 promoting events at Dingwalls in Camden Lock, London. In the early 1990s, he managed and promoted nightclubs in Leeds and performed as a DJ and recording artist with Paul Fryer under 'TWA'. He co-founded the Vague club, active from 1992 to 1996. Raphael's corporate career started at London Records in 1994. He later co-founded NorthWestSide Records, joined Arista Records as A&R Director, and became Managing Director of Epic Records UK. Raphael has signed notable artists like Jay-Z, Paloma Faith, and Olly Murs.
